Claire Elise Boucher is a Canadian musician, singer and songwriter from Canada. The early work of her has been called "lo-fi R&B to futuristic dance-pop",[4and influenced by hip-hop, electronic, and rock. The majority of her songs are based on science-fiction themes and feminist topics. Five studio albums have been released by her. Grimes was born and raised in Vancouver but moved to Montreal in 2000. Grimes started releasing her singles from the mid 2000s. The albums released were by Arbutus Records in 2010, Geidi Primes and Halfaxa in the year 2010. The album was released in 2012 and Visions will be her third studio effort. The band was signed to 4AD. Visions has two singles "Genesis" and "Oblivion" that earned it the Juno Award in Canada for Electronic Album of the year. Her fourth studio album Art Angels was released in the year 2015. The album was praised from reviewers and numerous newspapers voted for it to be the best album of the year. Miss Anthropocene was her fifth studio album. Grimes has also been an actor and judge on Alter Ego's competitions for music, played a part as a vocalist in Cyberpunk 2077 which was released 2020. Georges Georges Georges
