Andressa Urach

Andressa began dating Tiago when she was just 15 years old. After three months of romance the couple moved in together in the same house. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19, 2005) was their sole child. After a series of marital disputes, the couple divorced in 2008 following the last six years in a relationship. Andressa went to the home of her mother together with her son. Following a six-month break, she was fired and chose to send her son back to his father, in hopes of pursuing the life of a better chance in Sao Paulo. Being vain as well as a highly proud woman, the main reason she left her homeland in the South in order to move to Sao Paulo, was in an attempt to achieve fame and wealth. Andressa Urach writes in her memoir Morri Para Viver about the sexual abuse she suffered from her foster father at the age of two and eight. Andressa only managed to escape the abuse due to her foster grandmother noticed them in action. Andressa went back to remain at home with her mother and didn't realize that Andressa experienced any form of violence until she released her memoir. In interviews with her, she showed that the task was unattainable for her prior to the moment of her transformation. Forgiveness of her abusive partner was an idea she considered unattainable. One of the toughest decisions I've ever made I contacted the man who sexually abused me. This was no simple decision. It wasn't easy. After numerous prayers and fasting, I informed him over the phone I had forgiven him. I was not feeling guilty and asked his forgiveness. The only thing I did was ask for forgiveness.
